"I have been with this agency for about 4 years now and it has been nice doing business with them. They have a nice local office if I ever need to stop by and are always happy to help. You get all the perks that State Farm offers, which includes a phone app and website. You can do everything yourself if you don't want to call in and talk with the pleasant people in the office. However, I find myself just calling in because everyone there is so nice all the time. I like having a local place to call into with local people to help me. But, even if I were to move, I'd still keep my policy with this agency just based on how simple it is. Irene helped me update my payment info today and we also discussed some other policies that I will be taking a close look at. I really couldn't say anything negative about this agency or the office staff, especially Irene. I also work with State Farm in my job dealing with insurance for homeowners and I have to say that anything I have to do with State Farm is really easy compared to some of the other insurance carriers. If you're shopping around, call them and get a quote."
